By accessing or using Mifgash ("the Service"), developed by Makor Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mifgash is an event planning and group coordination platform that enables users to create events, manage item lists, coordinate rides, communicate via real-time chat, and organize groups.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create (messages, photos, event details, etc.). By posting content, you grant Makor Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You agree not to post content that is:

Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
Defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy
Infringing on intellectual property rights
Spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Upload viruses or malicious code
Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service without permission

6. Event and Group Management

Event organizers and group admins are responsible for the content and conduct within their events and groups. Makor Labs is not responsible for interactions between users.

7. Ride Coordination

The ride coordination feature facilitates connections between drivers and passengers. Makor Labs is not a transportation provider and assumes no liability for rides arranged through the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the property of Makor Labs and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makor Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
